We offer a complete service in interior design; from the conception of the design, through the realization of detailed technical plans up to construction site visits and final execution of the project. A first introductory call allows us to discuss with you the main lines of your project and your budget. Subsequently, and although each project is unique, our approach remains simple and effective and follows three phases:

Development of plans and presentation of final design with materials
Realization and project management

1.Interior Design & Preliminary Material Proposal

1st meeting at your residence:
- We discuss your project more thoroughly with you and take note of your needs but also, of course, your tastes and inspirations!
- We also take pictures and measurements of your interior.
Subsequently we create the interior design: we present you two 3D options with a preliminary proposal of materials (fabrics, window clothing, furniture, etc.).
Finally we give you a final presentation of the chosen option with a preliminary proposal of materials and furniture (including a preliminary estimate).

2.Plans and presentation of final design with materials

During this 2nd stage we work on all the detailed plans needed for your project.
Then we give you an initial presentation of the technical plans and materials
- Construction plan
- Demolition plan
- Cabinetmaking and carpentry plan
- Plumbing plan
- Electricity plan and lighting plan
- 3D elevations and perspectives
- Advanced search of materials following the preliminary proposal
Following the initial presentation, we will make a final presentation of plans and materials (with final estimate)

3.PROJECT DELIVERY: ORDERING, COORDINATION AND SITE FOLLOW-UP

In this phase of the project we perform placement and follow-up of orders.
We meet with the contractor and subcontractors for the review and submission of all detailed project plans.
We also establish the timetable, coordinate and perform project management (if desired).
Finally we make site visits on a regular basis throughout the project.

During the renovation, house expansion or construction of your house

we work in close collaboration with the contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the design is well understood and that it will be respected throughout the project.

Every detail is important to us: because they are part of the design of course, but also and especially because they make the difference between a successful design and a less successful design. It is also the reason why we call on qualified contractors, craftsmen and suppliers for the execution and the realization of the projects.

Central element of this new construction, the staircase here is a perfect continuity of the design of the house (see above 3D, plan and fireplace in construction).
